EaglePath Logistic LLC is a legally registered business compliant with the regulations of the Government of Pakistan.

• Operates under applicable Pakistani tax laws
• Maintains transparent and lawful business practices By purchasing any service from EaglePath Logistic LLC, you agree to all terms stated in this document.

2. Prohibited Campaign Categories

We strictly DO NOT provide services for the following campaigns:
• Banking Sector
• Final Expense Insurance
• Mobility Campaigns
• Car Inspection
• Energy & Utility Billing
• Telecom Services
• Dish TV / IPTV
• Uber (Uber Eats, Uber Taxi)
• DoorDash
• Inbound-oriented campaigns
• Any non-legitimate or misleading campaigns
If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately without notice and without refund.

3. Dialer Usage Terms & Conditions

We strictly DO NOT provide services for the following campaigns:

3. Dialer Usage Terms & Conditions

3.1. No Collection of Sensitive Informative

• Credit/Debit card numbers
• Social Security Numbers (SSNs)
• Bank account details
• Usernames or passwords
• Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

3.2 No Spam, Illegal Activity, or Abuse

• Robocalls or spam calls
• Fraudulent or misleading communication
• Any unlawful activitys
• Gig economy ride/delivery campaigns
• Non-compliant inbound campaigns

3.3 No Unsolicited Sales Messaging

Bulk SMS marketing, promotional messaging, and unsolicited offers are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Dialer-Specific Usage Limits

• 8x8: Maximum 3 device logins, 1 active call at a time
• Zoom: Maximum 2 device logins
• RingCentral / Vonage / Ooma: Maximum 3 agents simultaneously
• Google Voice: Maximum 5 users per account (subject to anti-spam compliance)

3.5 No Auto-Dialing Software

Use of third-party auto-dialing tools is strictly prohibited. Violation results in permanent ban without refund.

4. Account Suspension Policy

• Sending spam or sales messages
• Collecting sensitive information
• Auto-dialer usage
• VPN misuse
• Any policy violation
• No refund or replacement will be provided in violation cases.

5. Refund Policy (Dialer Services)

• If blocked under normal compliant usage → 50% refund of remaining subscription time
• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
• No refund in case of policy violation

6. Monitoring & Compliance

We reserve the right to monitor call recordings and usage logs for compliance verification.

7. DAT Loadboard Sharepass – Terms & Conditions

System Requirements & Setup Policy

• Chrome Browser required before setup
• No VPN, Proxy, RDP, VPS, or IP masking software allowed
• Minimum 10–15 Mbps stable internet required
• VPN misuse
• Setup performed via AnyDesk
• Browser must be used exclusively for DAT

• User responsible for maintaining secure system

Replacement, Refund & Liability Policy

• Replacement provided within 24–48 hours if blocked under normal usage
• If replacement not provided → 60% refund of remaining unused days
• No refund in case of policy violation

8. Tools Services – General Refund Policy

• Replacement within 24–48 hours if tool blocked
• 60% refund of remaining unused days if replacement not available
• Refund processed within 5–7 working days
• Marketing texts strictly prohibited
• Invoice & CNIC required for payment verification
• Company reserves right to update pricing & policies anytime

9. Remote Access & Technical Support

• Remote access required for setup & troubleshooting
• Tampering results in termination without refund
• Remote access must be provided when requested
• 3-day advance notice required for service discontinuation

Final Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from EaglePath Logistic LLC, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated in this document. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination without refund.
